Treatment times may vary, however, most treatments can be performed in 45 minutes or less. Potenza treatments are well-tolerated, with minimal reported side effects, such as pinpoint bleeding, swelling, redness, or irritation. As pain tolerance varies from patient to patient, numbing cream will be offered by your physician to make the treatment more tolerable.

This can vary with each patient given their skin texture and tone, age, and other factors but we generally recommended 3 to 5 treatments. A nice rule of thumb is 1 treatment for every decade of your life.
Patients may start to observe benefits after 1 session but most see improvement in 2-3 sessions. The skin continues to improve even up to 6-12 months after your last treatment.
RF microneedling achieves the best results with multiple treatments. 3-5 treatments minimum 4 weeks apart are advised to start with and then 1-2 treatments per year minimum thereafter. Please discuss this with your therapist /nurse /doctor.

- Patients with a pacemaker
- Prior gold-thread skin-rejuvenation treatment
- Keloid formation propensity
- Skin infections
- Pregnant and/or breastfeeding
- Metal implants
- Embedded electronic devices that cannot be turned off or removed
- Nerve insensitivity
- Severe skin laxity or sagging
- Has used Accutane (Isotretinoin) in the last 6+ months
- Diabetes
- Takes aspirin or prescribed an antiplatelet, thrombolytic, antiinflammatory, or anticoagulant Rx
