Meet Sofi, Rebel Med NW’s new massage therapist!

Massage appointments are now available again! Hi all! Thank you for your patience while we searched for a qualified massage therapist to join us at Rebel Med NW!

We are excited to announce that Sofi Paco has joined the Rebel Med NW team! Her availability is:

• Tuesdays: 1- 4 pm
• Selective Saturdays: 9-2 pm

Please let our front desk know if you need a new massage prescription to utilize your insurance benefits or would like more information of how to start your massage sessions.

Sofi is a licensed massage therapist that focuses on medical massages and utilizes trigger point therapy to target affected muscle groups. She has experience with other massage techniques such as deep tissue, sport, Swedish massages. Maria prides herself on her ability to educate the patient with exercises and stretching techniques to help the patient maintain optimal muscle functionality. She has a strong passion for natural medicine, as she is a current Bastyr University student in the naturopathic medical and counseling programs.
